Meet Dr. Jolie DeLoreto Hardin
Dr. Hardin has been in the field of education for over 28 years. As a recent retiree from Georgia, she spent 22 of those years in leadership positions. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources and Leadership Development for a metro-Atlanta school district that serves over 44,000 students and 6,000 employees. She was a principal for 11 years prior to her district level work. She has coached and developed district level leaders, principals, assistant principals, and aspiring leaders. She is also an adjunct professor and Co-Executive Director for Georgia Association of Elementary School Principals.
Our Approach
Whether you are a building/district leader or a classroom teacher, our approach is highly customizable to meet the unique needs of each client. We provide face-to-face and virtual coaching, one-day and multi-day workshops, building/framing leadership and human resources academies, and a variety of other services.
